If you have never been to an OBGYN appointment before, it is understandable that you may be a little worried about what to expect. It is often this fear of the unknown which causes the most anxiety. I know that I was super anxious before my first OBGYN appointment. Thankfully, I was able to get some great advice and information from my friend's mom who is an OBGYN nurse. She explained everything to me in detail which helped to put my mind at rest. The appointment was OK and I realised I had nothing to worry about. I decided to write this blog to educate others about OBGYN.
